Although we do our best to accept walk-ins, we recommend booking all appointments before coming.

CONSULTATION FEE

At Kalon Skin Lab, we’re excited to work with you to achieve your skincare goals! To get started, consultation is free but we do require a credit card on file in case of no show $50 will be charged. Which will be applied towards the cost of treatment if you decide to proceed with our services.

While the fee is non-refundable if you need to cancel, we’re happy to reschedule with just a 24-hour notice. During your consultation, our licensed estheticians will evaluate your skin concerns, discuss your skincare goals, and recommend personalized treatment options that are perfect for you.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A credit card is required to reserve your appointment.
We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. You will be charged the full amount of the service if failure to show, late arrivals, and cancellations occur without a 48-hour notice.
We will send you a digital intake form a day before your appointment. Please fill this out prior to coming in.
Keep in mind that certain conditions, like pregnancy and other acute health conditions, may limit treatment options. We always keep the health of our clients as our top priority in choosing a treatment that is right for you.
