- A credit card is required to reserve your appointment.
- We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. You will be charged the full amount of the service if failure to show, late arrivals, and cancellations occur without a 24-hour notice.
- We will send you a digital intake form a day before your appointment. Please fill this out prior to coming in.
- Keep in mind that certain conditions, like pregnancy and other acute health conditions, may limit treatment options. We always keep the health of our clients as our top priority in choosing a treatment that is right for you.
